1. Digital Products – No Physical Returns
All products sold on MS Pattern Bank are digital files delivered electronically.
Once a digital pattern is downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned or physically exchanged.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not provided for digital downloads due to the nature of the product.
However, a refund may be considered under the following conditions:
You were charged multiple times for the same product
You received the wrong digital file due to a technical error from our side
The file is corrupted or not accessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement
In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase with proof of purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind after purchase
Lack of knowledge or experience using pattern files
Incompatibility with your software, printer, or device
Failure to read product descriptions or file details
Downloaded and correctly delivered digital files
Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.
4. Exchange / Replacement
If you experience a genuine issue with a downloaded file (such as file corruption or incomplete download), we will:
Re-send the file, or
Provide an alternative working file
No additional cost will be charged for valid replacements.
