After successful payment:
You will get an instant download link on the order page
A download link will also be sent to your registered email
3. I purchased a design but didn’t receive the file. What should I do?
If payment is completed but file not received:
Check spam/junk folder
Visit My Account → Orders
If still not available, contact support with order ID
We will assist you quickly.
4. Do you offer free patterns?
Yes, we provide selected free pattern downloads.
Free files may have a direct download button or ZIP format.
5. Will I get a refund if I don’t like the design?
Since all products are digital, refunds are not provided after downloading.
Refunds may be considered only in case of duplicate payment or corrupted file.
6. Can I use your patterns for commercial projects?
Yes, most designs come with commercial usage permission, unless stated otherwise.
You cannot resell, redistribute, or claim original ownership of the file.
7. Are files editable?
Most files are provided in JPG/PNG/ZIP format, which can be used for textile printing.
Editable formats like AI/PSD/PDF are available only on selected patterns.

9. What if the file opens instead of downloading?
